When personal data is submit to our website and clicked on the "confirmation" button, it will

be deemed that the user expressly consented their personal data processing by the Data

Controller and allows for transferring those data to third parties in connection with the

and product sales related to the subject of application and to make your job applications;

information, processing our responsibilities related to product sales and afterwards in an

services and accounting for all these (financial transactions), and for the purpose of

determining and implementing our social business and goals, for the necessary period of time

and provided that they are kept.

The method of collecting personal data should be stated which of the following;

Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, It is

necessary to process the personal data belonging to the parties. It is mandatory for the data

controller to fulfill its legal obligation (“m.5/2-ç”).

5 Scope Of The Obligation

To data controller with your application, you have the following rights regarding yourself

To whom and for what purposes the processed data may be transferred

The method and legal reason of collection of personal data

Other rights referred to following;

writing or by registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile

signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller and

registered in our system. Only information about the applicant will be given in the

applications and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members and

third parties. The data controller reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

Your application must include

a. Your name, surname and, if the application is written, your signature

b. Your Turkish ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, if you are a foreigner, your

nationality, passport number or your identity number, if any

c. Address of your place of residence or your place of business for the purposes of notices,

d. Your electronic mail address, telephone and fax number, if any, for the purposes of notices

e. Subject of your request

and information and documents related to the subject, if any, should be attached to the

application

In the written application, the date on the document is notified to the Data Controller or its

representative is the application date.
